I Welcome you all to Narayan Mahavidyalaya. The institute is govern by Narayan Memorial Charitable Trust that was established in the year 2010. The Trust has always stood for quality and excellence in the society. The Trust runs a degree college with affiliation to Prof Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University Prayagraj thereby imparting education to around 2000 students from rural areas near Pratapgarh and Jaunpur City.

The institute has an excellent supporting infrastructure in the form of a separate spacious two storied academic building, a well-equipped library with over 800 books and journals, and latest technology-oriented Computer centre, classrooms, a conference hall, a seminar hall, subject departments, laboratories equipped with all instruments.

We at the institute stand for promoting academic excellence and strong discipline with sound practical exposure amongst the student community. Techniques such as conceptual teaching, group discussions, case study approach, workshops are used to ensure cognitive development of students. We believe in developing human managers with sound academic and practical skills, deep-rooted fundamentals and honest approach to life and social accountability.

It's my privilege to welcome you as a custodian of the Narayan Degree College. This college itself has come through a long journey. It's very satisfying to see how the college is progressing and becoming an educational hub in the surrounding areas. Over the years I've witnessed how the whole concept of opening a college in this remote village area grew strength by strength to benefit all the local girls and boys residing in nearby villages, towns and districts. I feel very proud today to say the college is now fully established with all the facilities & amenities and achieved the dreams of the founding members of this college.
